We offer specialised pre-fabricated building materials for housing, commercial buildings, and industrial warehousing. We provide lightweight steel services including design and manufacturing of light steel frames, ETICS facades; roofing solutions; ceilings and partitioning. 

Our houses can function off grid with a renewable hybrid energy generation and distribution system. We design and build houses that conform to the new SANS 10400 XA energy efficient building code. The green building solutions we offer are energy efficient, guaranteeing 40% better insulation than conventional brick and mortar houses. This results in a house which is 25% warmer in winter and 15% cooler in summer. The construction creates less wastage on site and the duration required to construct is much less, taking a third of the time compared to bricks and mortar houses. The overall results include 70% savings in household electricity usage.
